The Kirk Players’ children’s show brings Mowgli and the whole gang together for The Jungle Book, by Joseph Robinette, based on the book by Rudyard Kipling. We are revisiting this beloved show after it was cancelled due to the pandemic. Mowgli is a curious and brave young boy who is lovingly raised by a family of wolves in the jungle. Mowgli learns about friendship and loyalty from his animal family, including the bumbling bear Baloo, the wise and kind panther Bagheera, and other jungle creatures as they protect him from the tiger Shere Khan. As he grows, Mowgli must decide whether he wants to stay in the jungle with his friends or go back to the village with the humans. This timeless story will appeal to children of all ages and features a menagerie of delightful characters. Coming March 28-30, 2025!
