Application Criteria:

  • Must be a graduating senior at Mundelein or Carmel Catholic High School
  • Must have a grade point average of 3.0
  • Must have participated in at least 6 performances during your high school career).
  • Seeking graduating seniors with a record of volunteerism in the community in non-school sponsored activities and participation in extracurricular school activities
  • Must be accepted or plan to be enrolled as a full-time freshman in the coming fall at an institute of higher learning. Upon acceptance, the scholarship will be paid directly to the school. It is the student’s responsibility to submit the Bursar or Tuition Payment Office mailing address and student identification before matriculation.
    ● Must be intending to pursue a degree in the performing arts.
The recipient of the Kirk Players Scholarship will be determined on the basis of the information provided by the applicant.  Although the scholarship is awarded primarily on the basis of academic achievement and school performances, other considerations such as extra-curricular activities – may play a part in the selection process.  It is necessary that the applications be thorough and complete and that all questions are answered.
