And Then There Were None is a gripping mystery that takes place on an isolated island off the
coast of England. Dr. Armstrong, Judge Wargrave and General Mackensie are just a few of the
eight guests who arrive at a large seaside mansion. All are invited, but none know the hosts.
The jovial gathering takes a dark turn as one of the guests is murdered. Then another. And
another. As the countdown continues, the remaining guests must find the murderer before they
become the next victim. But time is running out, and the guests are turning on each other….
Agatha Christie’s most famous work comes to the Kirk Players stage November 1-3, 2024.

The Kirk Players’ children’s show brings Mowgli and the whole gang together for The Jungle
Book, by Joseph Robinette, based on the book by Rudyard Kipling. We are revisiting this
beloved show after it was cancelled due to the pandemic. Mowgli is a curious and brave young
boy who is lovingly raised by a family of wolves in the jungle. Mowgli learns about friendship and
loyalty from his animal family, including the bumbling bear Baloo, the wise and kind panther
Bagheera, and other jungle creatures as they protect him from the tiger Shere Khan. As he
grows, Mowgli must decide whether he wants to stay in the jungle with his friends or go back to
the village with the humans. This timeless story will appeal to children of all ages and features a
menagerie of delightful characters. Coming March 28-30, 2025!

The Wisdom of Eve is a riveting portrayal of backstabbing and ruthless ambition, based on the
short story by Mary Orr. Eve Harrington is an aspiring young actress who begins working for –
and then understudying – the aging Broadway star Margo Crane. Their relationship soon turns
into betrayal as the seemingly naïve and quiet Eve begins to manipulate and exploit anyone
who would block her path to stardom. Whether it’s the show’s playwright, Margo’s friend or even
her own husband, no one is safe from Eve’s lies. Kirk Players is excited to bring the intrigue to
the stage in Spring 2025.

The Kirk Players were established in 1966 as a not-for-profit organization of volunteers formed to serve our community through the arts. Revenue from our productions is gifted to local schools, parks and local events. We were proud to have given a donation to the Northern Illinois Food Bank to support their efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The John W. Lynn Performing Arts Scholarship, named for our founder, is given yearly to a senior at Mundelein High School and Carmel Catholic High School.
We offer free Summer Workshops to Youth and Adults
We offer an Emerging Artist Award as part of our support for the Mundelein Arts Festival.

Your support will go toward our show expenses, including facility rental, show royalties, costumes, properties and set construction. We pride ourselves on presenting high quality shows and your support will allow us to continue our efforts. The Kirk Players is a 501c3 charitable organization, so your donation is tax-deductible.
